We are currently recruiting for highly motivated Administrative Support Staffs to join our Front of House team. The ideal candidate will have excellent personal presentation with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and the aspiration to exceed guest expectations.
Your responsibilities are welcoming our guests, offering seamless check in and check out, handling cash and foreign currency exchange, taking and amending reservations, providing a personalised farewell to all our guests
In addition the successful candidate must demonstrate the following skills:
-Excellent attention to detail
-A warm welcoming personality
-Good organizational skills
-Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English
-Pro active approach to problem solving ability
-Ability to work under pressure
-Good communication skills
-Experience working with Opera although this is not essential
